Tracey Burns (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) and Charles Ungerleider (University of British Columbia) created a State of the Art Review to provide answers to these questions. They identified claims and described research evidence to inform implementation and policy decisions relating to the use of ICTs in the classroom.
