CCKM students and staff work with  researchers, policy analysts, practitioners, and library scientists. By working and learning together we create unique CCKM products tailored to the needs of others.

Patti Prentice brings evidence to those who foster children's early literacy skills through her work with students and researchers at CCKM. Patti, a former elementary school teacher and librarian, holds a  Masters degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Western Ontario. She is now an Early Literacy Specialist for the Ontario Early Years Centres in London. Patti is reviewing and studying how practitioners in early child learning acquire knowledge by combining her background and skills.
